How to make GOLDEN SYRUP
Sugar, water, and a slice of lemon are all you need to make this buttery caramel flavored syrup! Golden syrup is so easy to make at home and so amazingly delicious. Golden syrup or light treacle is a thick amber-coloured form of inverted sugar syrup made in the process of refining sugar cane or sugar beet juice into sugar , or by treatment of a sugar solution with acid.
